At Navy Stickers Plus, customer satisfaction is important to us. Because many of our products are made to order or personalized specifically for each customer, certain return limitations apply. Please review the following policy before placing your order.

General Returns

We accept returns on eligible regular-priced items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Items should be returned in original packaging when possible
  • Proof of purchase may be required

To begin a return request, please contact customer support with your order number and information regarding the item.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged or Misprinted Items

We stand behind the products we sell. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

When applicable:

  • Replacement items may be issued at no additional cost
  • Customers may be asked to provide photos of the issue for verification
  • In many cases, customers will not be required to return damaged items

Our goal is to resolve order issues quickly and fairly.

Customized & Personalized Items

Many of our products are made to order and may include customization or personalization options.

Because these items are created specifically for each customer, customized or personalized items are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Customers are encouraged to carefully review:

  • sizing information,
  • personalization details,
  • product descriptions,
    before completing an order.

Size & Color Exchanges

Because many products are produced on demand, size and color exchanges may be limited.

Customers should carefully review sizing charts and product details before placing an order. If you have questions before purchasing, our support team is happy to assist.

Sale Items

Sale or clearance items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for refund unless required by applicable law.

Return Shipping

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

For higher-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refund Processing

Once a return is received and inspected, customers will be notified regarding approval status.

Approved refunds are generally processed back to the original payment method within several business days depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
